We provide and fund health services to nearly 140,000 people in the lower North Island of New Zealand. We are proud to serve our multi-cultural community and we're proud of the work we do to improve their health. Hutt Hospital, operated by the Hutt Valley District Health Board, is New Zealand's first and only Magnet designated hospital, putting it among st the elite American hospitals which hold the designation. We provide a range of health and well-being, hospital and specialist services based out of our Hutt Hospital campus and other district locations, with over 2400 full-time equivalent staff.
