About
OpenBench helps biotech companies with limited in-house data bootstrap the creation of high quality ADME-Tox models. With as few as a half-dozen training samples, OpenBench can fine-tune click-of-a-button ADME-Tox predictions to your small molecule discovery program’s proprietary chemical space, informing compound prioritization decisions and supporting pre-synthetic characterization of ADME-Tox SAR. OpenBench’s mission is to democratize the cutting edge in virtual ADME-Tox characterization. To bring the best in silico tools to all discovery scientists, not just those at companies with large computational budgets, we are building three initiatives: 1. The OpenBench Lab to democratize access to best-in-class trained ADME-Tox endpoints 2. OpenBenchmark to democratize ADME-Tox benchmarks and data tools 3. ADME Talks to democratize perspectives and progress on in silico ADME-Tox prediction
