Corporate Insight is a market research and consulting firm with more than 10 years' experience, specializing in delivering competitive intelligence to the global financial community. Prior to 1993, financial services firms were forced to operate in the dark when it came to understanding competitors and their product offerings. Without direct access to accounts at other firms, it was nearly impossible to understand the customer experience and/or recognize when new initiatives were being launched.
