No Limits is a youth information, advice, counselling and support charity working with young people aged under 26 in Southampton and across Hampshire. Although we are a service for all young people in this age group, a significant number of them are from vulnerable or hard to reach groups looked after children, homeless, NEET, health issues (mental health, sexual health, and substance misuse), young parents, young people with emotional & behavioural issues. Our core services offer advice and support through 3 drop in centres in Southampton providing: Social welfare advice eg benefits, housing, education & employment, debt Counselling Support on health, parenting, family & relationships Specialist services include: Health and Wellbeing Housing and Homelessness Education, Employment & Training Substance Misuse Advocacy Young People's Rights Suport for Vulnerable Groups eg Children in Care/Care leavers, Carers, those leaving custody; Child Sexual Exploitation; Families WorkNo Limits (South) Address
