About
Tutt Bryant Group Limited can trace its origins back to 1938, with its name long associated with quality, excellence and professionalism in the construction and heavy equipment industry. Today it is a diverse construction equipment sales and industrial hire service provider in Australia that conducts its operations nationally in three principal areas: Heavy Lift & Shift — Hiring of cranes and provision of haulage and specialised transport, including planning and support services to meet lift and shift requirements; Equipment Sales — Sale of construction plant, equipment and cranes, together with the provision of parts and service through a nation-wide network; and General Hire — Providing general plant and equipment hire for earthmoving, civil construction, rail maintenance, industrial, trade and DIY uses. Following its removal from the official list of ASX Limited in October 2010, Tutt Bryant Group Limited is wholly owned by Tat Hong International Pte Ltd, itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Tat Hong Holdings Ltd. Tat Hong Holdings Ltd is one of the largest crane companies in the world, ranked #1 in terms of fleet size of crawler cranes and #8 in terms of aggregate crane tonnage (source: International Crane IC50 June 2010). In the Asia-Pacific region, it is the largest crane company with a fleet size of almost 1,200 mobile, crawler and tower cranes.
