Tandem will offer these merchants customer service and follow-up that matches the commitment they demonstrate in their own business. Our core business is credit card processing but we also can help small business owners with designing and implementing e-commerce solutions, check guarantee programs, gift card programs, remote deposit capture, and ACH programs. We started Tandem Innovative Payment Solutions to provide a locally-operated processor for Upstate businesses.
