Started by Gerry Wiegmann in 1995, Wiegmann Associates is a full-service Design-Build-Maintain contractor and engineering firm offering a broad range of construction, design, and facility services. With a heavy emphasis in engineering, we hire the best professional talent to work hand-in-hand with project managers and trades craft people. We are a team player in the construction process, identifying owner needs, offering options, educating on benefits-value-cost, and coordinating with the architect and other consultants to deliver best total value. Wiegmann Associates is organized to provide continuous services in sheet metal, HVAC, temperature controls, energy retrofit and performance contracting. We maintain over 80% of our systems installed in St. Louis and throughout the country. Much of our business is from repeat customers: customers who know they can count on us for an excellent value and solutions for all facets of their facility's life. With sales exceeding 25 million dollars, we employ approximately 100 people. About 50 of them are members of either Sheet Metal Workers Local 36, Plumbers/Pipefitters Local 562 or Teamsters Local 682. Our 34,000 s.f. facility is located in St. Charles, Missouri at the 370 tech Center in Fountain Lakes. This building houses our corporate offices along with our engineering, controls and service departments. Each office is networked to allow service, controls, project managers and engineers to monitor new and existing buildings. In addition, a warehouse for tools and metal storage, and a sheet metal fabrication shop are located on the premise. One of our main goals is to reduce costs for our customers. To increase efficiency and reduce field labor hours, we pre-fabricate assemblies in our controlled shop environment. We utilize staging areas to store all equipment and materials for each project in a designated area, which results in fewer trips to the job site. By delivering all materials and tools to the field foreman in one or two trips, and skid mounting sub-assemblies by construction area, we reduce the field labor hours and save money for the customer.Wiegmann and Associates Address
