Glynwood’s mission is to ensure the Hudson Valley is a region defined by food, where farming thrives. The Glynwood Center for Regional Food and Farming is a non-profit organization serving food and farming changemakers from New York’s Hudson Valley and beyond. We advance local food production here in our region, as well as educate a national audience about efforts to regionalize food and agriculture.
