Victorian Land Registry Services operates a 40-year concession granted by the Victoria State Government, the concession includes the commercial operation functions of Land Use Victoria. It is of great importance to us that land ownership and land boundary information held and disseminated by Victorian Land Registry Services is recognised as the ‘trusted, single point of truth' of property ownership, location and boundary data. Our core objective is to support confidence in the integrity and proper functioning of the Victorian property market through timely error-free processing, aided by highly available and secure systems.
