Cerulean is a market-leading supplier of instrumentation and tube packing machinery. We design, manufacture and distribute a range of quality and process control instrumentation, as well as analytical smoke constituent capture machinery for the tobacco industry, independent laboratories and government bodies. For tube manufacturers, Cerulean also designs and produces equipment for the packing, handling and testing of tube products. Although the company has been in business for many years, we have not become complacent. We have taken steps to ensure we continue to strive for excellence and embrace innovation as an enabler for our continuous improvement and product development. Through this we improve our service to our customers. We began a programme of change several years ago in order to create a more responsive, customer focused organization. These changes have been to the processes, the structure and the size of the organization. This change process continues as we adapt to the changing environment in which we operate, and pursue operational excellence. Our vision for Cerulean is to be an organization that delivers excellence through innovation and the pursuit of improvement.
