Faribault Foods has been producing canned pasta since 1994, when we turned our Cokato plant, then a seasonal vegetable facility, into a brand new USDA facility with specialized Italian pasta-making equipment. We make most of our pasta "from scratch", adding natural ingredients and lean meat to semolina flour from North Dakota. Today premium-canned pasta is one of our leading product lines and we continue to put entrepreneurial energy into product and packaging innovations for our customers.
