(IAI) is a woman owned firm that was founded in 1987 by Drs. Leonard and Jacqueline Haynes. IAI has since then expanded to an organization of over 50 technical staff housed in Rockville, Maryland. IAI is led by Chief Executive Officer, Joseph E.
