GREEN IS OUR PASSION Avocado Green Mattresses are designed in Hoboken and handmade in sunny California, in our own factory, with only the finest certified organic, natural and non-toxic materials. Our mission is to be the most respected source for organic and natural mattresses, pillows and bedding at affordable prices ? while maintaining environmentally conscious, ethical and sustainable business practices across our entire supply chain ? to help safeguard your health and protect our planet. OUR VISION Our vision is as aspirational as it is urgent and action-oriented: to foster conscious, healthy lifestyles that share a deep responsibility for our planet, while reducing our environmental footprint and increasing our positive social impact. OUR PRODUCTS Our flagship product, the Avocado Green Mattress, is made with a combination of natural and organic materials ? including 100% natural latex tapped from sustainably harvested sources, GOTS Organic Certified Cotton and GOTS Organic Certified Wool. It is also GREENGUARD Gold certified for low emissions. Avocado operates a GOTS and GOLS organic certified factory in Los Angeles, where all products are handmade. We voluntarily offset our emissions associated with 100% of our product shipping ? as well as 100% of our factory in Los Angeles ? by supporting carbon offset projects via CarbonFund.org that help remove an equal amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere on an annual basis. GIVING BACK As members of 1% for the Planet, we donate 1% of all revenues to environmental nonprofits. Highlights from 2018 include: funding an entire Women?s Center in Rwanda with Kula Project, planting 48,250 trees with the Arbor Day Foundation, launching a recycling and education program in Haiti with the Social Plastic Foundation, restoring 100 acres of bee habitat with Bee Girl Organization, and rescuing 220,000 lbs of food for New Yorkers in need with City Harvest.Avocado Green Brands Address
