We assist families careing for children with special health care needs that are medically fragile, chronically ill or living with a life threatning illness. In 2008 we worked with 400 children in the community living with their parents. We worked with 15 children in our two homes Angela's House I and II. The homes offer a home away from home environment with 24 hour nursing care to meet the medical needs of each child. In 2008 we had a statue built at Eisenhower Park In Nassau County call "Angel of Hope". This statue honors all parents that have lost a child.
