Team Rehab is a network of over 70 therapist-owned outpatient PT clinics in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. In addition, we will be opening our first clinics in Wisconsin and Georgia! Our mission is to be the best source of outpatient PT by having clinics and therapists with the highest levels of patient satisfaction and the best objectively measurable outcomes. We want our patients to enjoy therapy as well as getting clear improvements in their health. We think our strategy, based on quality physical therapy and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. We started with a single clinic in Farmington Hills in 2001 and have grown to locations across Metro Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis and coming soon to Milwaukee and Atlanta. We are always planning additional clinics to make it even more convenient to our patients, their friends and family to get treatment.
