Recent customer evaluations bear this out. We strive for clear communication of costs. Sunbelt Pools will tell you "up front" the real cost of the project. Our proposal will come with a fixed number which includes all that you need for proper installation and operation of your pool. We do not have "special sales" with unrealistic price tags attached to them. Sunbelt Pools will present to you a TRUE proposal. Custom pool construction and renovation is not a "cookie-cutter" business. As projects develop, our customers occasionally discover opportunities for creative improvements they had not envisioned at the beginning of their projects. We clearly communicate any additional costs of these "change orders." We "get it right" the first time. Sunbelt Pools has established a reputation for completing projects with little if any need for corrections. Our commitment to quality prevents us from "cutting corners" on our projects. From the spacing of the reinforcing bars to the kind of filter suggested, our decision will always be based on quality, not price. When it comes to "saving" money on your pool, we will never compromise the quality of the structure and we will always suggest the best equipment available. This is our starting point. We stick to our production schedule. We believe that customers have the right to expect work to proceed according to schedule. That isn't always easy with custom projects, but we succeed by not overextending our resources. It is more important to finish one project on time than to start two others! We're not finished until the customer is happy. When corrections are required, they are given highest priority. We do not claim to be perfect, but we will be responsible. Sunbelt Pools would rather lose money if that would be the case, than lose credibility with you, our customer. We maintain a clean, safe worksite. Our crews are accustomed to working in exclusive neighborhoods where clutter and hazards are simply not tolerated. We COMMUNICATE from start to finish. Customers need to know how the work is progressing; they deserve timely responses to their requests. At Sunbelt Pools you will be dealing with real people, and the same people all the time. You will not be a "number" when you call our office. You will have direct access to your personal consultant, supervisor or their assistant.
