In 2001, the 1st Stop name and image was born with 21 locations. Today, the company operates and franchises more than 41 stores. 1st Stop is one of the largest employers in Southern Ohio, employing over 350 employees in positions from Store Managers and Crew Members to Administrative and Operations Staff. 1st Stop operations coincides with its sister company of Winchester Wholesale which was established in 1990.
