Metal Shark LLC was founded in 2005 by American Marine Holdings LLC and Gravois Aluminum Boats LLC. In 2006, the Gravois family purchased the remaining portion of Metal Shark. Now a stand-alone entity, Metal Shark LLC continues to grow its capabilities. Based in Jeanerette, Louisiana, Metal Shark draws on a long history of high quality boat building from the Gulf Coast region.
