What should you expect when you come into one of our ProGrin offices? On your first appointment, you will be welcomed in to enjoy a full-service coffee and cookie bar with a comfortable, relaxing waiting room environment. Before you see the dentist, our receptionist will have you fill out a comfort menu. This service is entirely complimentary and includes items like warm blankets, essential oil towelettes, headphones, neck pillows, and leg pillows. If there is anything else that you feel would make your appointment more comfortable, please let us know. One of our fundamental beliefs is that it is possible to provide high-quality dental care and a world-class patient experience at an affordable price. By staying true to our commitment to the best possible customer service, we can give our patients a “spa-like†environment without them having to pay a premium for it.
