Mike Goddard and his wife Stephanie shared a vision back in 1995 to build a lettings agency that championed customer service, was run professionally and boasted a specialism in which they could be trusted experts. Together they laid down the brand’s roots in Grantham, Lincolnshire and within a year they had converted their proposition into a franchise – with the first franchise office opening in Moray, Scotland soon after. Since then, the Belvoir brand has flourished into a high street staple. One which is recognised and trusted across the country. From this position of strength, Mike and his leadership team set their sights on growing the business even further. With the acquisition of the Newton Fallowell and Northwood brands – both recognisable estate agency brands – as well as financial service brands Brook Financial Services and MAB Gloucester – the Belvoir Group was born.
