We are a 24-hour community based crisis service for adults 16+ in the City of Toronto, who are dealing with a serious mental health issue, concurrent or substance use issue and are currently in crisis. We help people meet their needs as they see them, and we recognize the broad range of factors that can influence a person's mental health and well-being. Through our individualized, flexible and collaborative approach, we work with people at all stages of their recovery, giving support through their crisis and connecting them with services and supports in the community.
