I am a Registered Yoga Teacher - E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 as well as training in Yoga Therapy, Pre-Natal and Post Natal, Partners Yoga, Energy Healing, Sports Yoga and Meditation and I am registered with Yoga Alliance; studied at "Yoga Of India" for my teacher training. I also completed "Core Strength Vinyasa" training with Sadie Nardini. \r\n \r\nI enjoy teaching multi level classes so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Yoga. I enjoy teaching it all as well as practicing all levels and styles myself. I want to always keep with a beginners mind and to be open. There is something for everyone for wherever they are right now. Yoga meets you exactly where you are. \r\n\r\nI have always been interested in practicing wellness.
