Founded in 1956, Laughlin Children’s Center has a long tradition of offering multi-disciplinary educational support services to children from preschool through high school. Laughlin’s goal is to help each child build a bridge to successful learning.
Laughlin’s work centers on:
Academic services: traditional tutoring, Orton-Gillingham services for students with dyslexia, academic testing and evaluations
Psychology services: counseling and evaluation including Parent Child Interactive Therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech services: therapy, screenings, and evaluations
Village Preschool (accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children
