Since 1989, ADMET, Inc. has been a leader in supplying digital indicators, controllers and software for concrete compression testing machines according to ASTM and AASHTO specifications. ADMET automatic compression testing systems are the workhorses of the industry. Many of our customers test over 30,000 samples per year with the peace of mind that each test is being performed according to concrete compression testing specifications. Our indicators were the first to display real-time load vs. time curves and the first to calculate Modulus of Elasticity and Poisson's Ratio according to ASTM C469. They were the first to display loading rates numerically and indicate when rates fell outside specified limits. They were also the first to report the actual test rate on a report and the first to include the C39 Stress Correction Factor for concrete compression testing. ADMET indicators and controllers have been installed on thousands of new, and retrofitted on thousands of existing, concrete compression testing machines all over the world. In the last decade, we began offering servo controlled concrete compression testing machines (20,000 to 600,000 Lb capacities) equipped with ADMET's MegaForce Automatically Controlled Hydraulic Power Unit. The MegaForce design provides a low cost solution for error free automatic testing of concrete cylinders, beams and cubes. For those that already have a concrete compression testing machine and want to save some money, we can retrofit MegaForce to existing concrete compression testing machines. ADMET also offers, Concrete Traker, a low cost (<$1,000) database program that combines strength results from your concrete compression testing machine with field, mix design, and client data to produce compressive strength reports. Every morning you can create a report that lists the samples to be tested that day. At the end of the day, you can generate a report that lists the samples tested with the low strength cylinders highlighted. You can also generate a statistical summary for a particular mix design.
