Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI) is a woman-owned, small business incorporated in August of 1992 to provide Government Support Services. We were awarded our first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on over forty-six contracts and has a history of continuous profitable operations and consistent growth. In 2001 PMI's corporate office became ISO-certified, receiving its Quality System Certificate to ISO 9001:2000.
