The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is a non-ministerial department established by\r\nthe Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008. Its statutory function is to provide administrative\r\nsupport to Scotlands Courts, devolved tribunals and the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG).\r\n\r\nThe purpose of the SCTS is supporting justice.
