Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) prepares underserved youth for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Headquartered in NYC, C-CAP also operates in AZ (statewide), Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. C-CAP was founded in 1990 by Richard Grausman, renowned cookbook author and culinary educator. C-CAP’s programs include job training and internships, scholarships through cooking competitions, college advising, lifetime careers support, teacher training and curriculum enrichment.
