Our vision is that the Latino community participate fully in the economy and democracy of this country. Our values are social justice, community, respect, democracy, integrity, and learning. Our Education Program, Day Worker Center, Workers' Defense Committee, and the Leadership Program are all focused on giving the training, knowledge and support needed for our constituents to move toward greater self-sufficiency.
