South County Outreach, founded in 1989, is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in crisis in Orange County. The agency helps those in need reach self-sufficiency by providing the following services: food pantry, rental and utility assistance, homeless-prevention counseling, housing, computer training, clothing and seasonal programs.
South County Outreach's mission is to prevent hunger and homelessness by helping people help themselves. Our vision: Eng hunger - house hope.
Without the generous support of community organizations, businesses, and individuals, we could not help those in crisis.
Here are five easy ways you and your business can make a difference in the lives of those in need:
1) Volunteer - a great team-building opportunity
2) Sponsor an event
3) Donate an auction item
4) Hold a food drive
5) Make a financial contribution
