Matagorda Episcopal Health Outreach Program (MEHOP) is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Bay City, Texas providing healthcare services to the community of Matagorda County and surrounding areas. MEHOP is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed facility. MEHOP accepts all patients regardless of whether they are insured or uninsured. Our services included primary medical care, dental, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and behavioral health. We accept most private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
