About
NACCA, the National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association, is the national association for a network of Aboriginal Financial Institutions (AFIs) dedicated to stimulating economic growth for Indigenous people in Canada. The AFI network provides financing and support to First Nations, Métis and Inuit businesses. NACCA is membership-driven, committed to the needs of Aboriginal Financial Institutions and the Indigenous businesses that they serve. NACCA plays a national coordinating role on behalf of its members, by advocating for Indigenous economic development, by representing the unified voice of AFIs, by publishing national and regional results of AFI work, by fostering partnerships and building capacity, and by delivering the Aboriginal Entrepreneurship Program products and services to the AFIs.
