Sixteen years ago, Brad and Lucy Pantoskey created a nurse leadership recruitment company that would not only provide the healthcare industry with top-notch healthcare leaders, but would do so while providing support and empowerment to nurse leaders dedicating their lives to serving others. In 2015, The First String joined the AMN Healthcare family, expanding not only our team, but also providing more efficient services and growing our candidate and client networks.
