In their paid internships they receive: - 175+ hours of training by business executives on key skill gaps identified by employers - 225+ hours of real-work experience in marketing, business and finance fields - Ownership of real-world projects that have a positive impact on local businesses and nonprofits They receive direct and constant feedback on their performance throughout the summer. Their internship ends by developing an action plan for their next job hunt. They create all UpTurnship messages and are building the program into something truly amazing.
