Established in 1982, the company quickly grew from a small precision machine shop into a commercial equipment and automated tooling supplier. In the late 1980s, AeroSpec began to deliver complete turn-key automation systems to the automotive industry. Then AeroSpec expanded into multi-cell flexible assembly systems which incorporates advanced factory floor software packages for system diagnostics and part tracking. For nearly 30 years, AeroSpec, Inc. has been a leader in delivering innovative automation and process equipment solutions for companies involved with emerging technologies. Over 1000 custom equipment designs have addressed factory production needs from extremely lean assembly, test, and processing stations to fully automated high volume systems. AeroSpec has provided and supports equipment in 12 countries worldwide. Our 40,000 sq. ft facility in Phoenix suburb of Chandler contains two large 5,000 sq. foot assembly build areas, dedicated laser system build room, dedicated control panel build shop, CNC shop, manual machining shop, fabrication/welding shop and engineering and administration offices all in a single location.
