About
LeRoy Tool & Die, Inc was established in LeRoy, Michigan in 1988 with two employees who took pride in building high quality rubber molds that would perform. By 1997, the business had grown to four employees and four CNC machines. Today, LTD operates in an 80,000 square foot facility with 100 team members and over 50 CNC machines, as well as CNC lathes, EDM’s and rubber & plastic injection presses. In 2004 to further our commitment to LTD customers, we began building plastic molds and the ability to trial tools on site. In 2008 rubber injection presses were purchased, extending the same service for rubber molds. With the expansion of a dedicated molding facility in 2017 and additional presses up to 800 tons, LeRoy Tool & Die has the ability to mold prototype to large production volume rubber parts. We proudly supply rubber and plastic molds to customers in the United States, Mexico and Canada. In 2013 LTD acquired S&S Mold, Inc. (founded in 1995 and located in Grand Junction, Michigan) further supporting our leadership position in the tool & die industry and our commitment to total customer satisfaction. Our LeRoy plant is situated on 30 acres, allowing room for continued expansion as we grow with our customers. We are consistently investing in state of the art equipment and software that keeps LTD a leader in tool construction. With the addition of our rubber molding facility in 2017, LTD now has the ability to support a project from design concept through the production part approval process and supply. We remain committed to total customer satisfaction and continue to demonstrate the ability to meet customer specific requirements and timing on each and every project!
