Abgent develops innovative reagents and technologies to profile post-translational modifications of the proteome. These modifications create the functional proteome that links clinical endpoint or phenotype to genotype. "Phenomics" is the study of how fundamental traits at the molecular level of protein structure and function modulate key cellular phenotypes. Our mission is to accelerate phenomics research and discovery by targeting more than 200 post-translational modifications that dynamically regulate protein function, and to thereby accelerate understanding of the complex path leading from cell signaling to pathology.Abgent Address
