Our company started primarily in the construction and renovation of private residential housing. We have diversified and grown since then and are focused now on the public sector which includes affordable/elderly housing, municipal projects such as school, libraries, etc. and managing large scale commercial private projects. Haynes\' philosophy of teamwork, integrity, concern for quality and service to our clients is a belief that has carried through since the beginning and is the success of what Haynes Construction is today. Through hands-on management and the continuing reinvesting of resources, we have been able to satisfy clients and achieve profitable success. We employ approximately 130 employees year round and perform the following trades with our resources: demolition, sitework, concrete work, masonry and carpentry. This combined with our experienced management team enables us to maintain greater control on our projects. All other trades are handled by qualified subcontractors who work closely with our management team to ensure that a project is successful.
