About
Ethnikos Kirikas: We are currently the only daily Greek-language newspaper serving the Greek-American community in the United States. Founded in 1915, Ethnikos Kirikas was established to create a bridge linking Greece with the ever-growing diaspora. Since its humble beginnings in lower Manhattan, EK has managed to distinguish itself as a trustworthy and unbiased news source with a circulation of more than 40,000 per day. The National Herald: We are the English-language, weekly sister newspaper of the long-running Ethnikos Kirikas. Our newspaper brings news to generations of Greek-Americans, with stories on the individual, community and international level. No one has their finger on the pulse of the community like we do, with a team of seasoned reporters covering news in business, religion, history, arts and all things Greek-American throughout the U.S. and in Greece.
