We perform full loan maintenance including interest accruals, payment posting, past due notifications, monthly or periodic billings, lockbox interfacing, phone payments, etc. As well, we offer extensive reporting capabilities to monitor all aspects of loan servicing and portfolio management. We also fully facilitate the adding of "participation" in loan portfolios by assisting in the identification and packaging of loans, as well as, adding the participations to the portfolio as the sales occur. Again, our extended reporting is critical to the management of the portfolio as it relates to participations.
