We have specialized in custom software since 1987 and developed the original Electronic Birth Certificate (EBC). The company was founded by Michael Fishter in Lewistown, PA (the corporate headquarters) and expanded in 1998 to a satellite location in Harrisburg, PA. In addition to our Windows and Web-based applications, Genesis Systems, Incorporated provides technical support to over 2,500 hospitals in 23 states. While the birth and vital records software is Genesis' most widely distributed product, the company also provides a wide array of software products to record and process death, marriage, and divorce records.
