Harbor Seafood was founded in 1975 on the core principles of honesty, integrity and reliability. Since then we have been setting the standard for the seafood industry in product quality, service and customer satisfaction. To maintain these high standards, we utilize a hands-on approach by sourcing and importing seafood products directly. This approach is strengthened by embracing the responsibility we have to the oceans and its resources as we strive to source and deliver seafood products with efficient, environmentally safe practices. We are proud and active board members of the National Fisheries Institute (NFI), NFI Crab Council and the Better Seafood Board (BSB). Our participation in these organizations solidify our commitments to seafood safety, sustainable management of the oceans and being stewards of our environment. Our values are reflected in our vast assortment of seafood products, which includes Pasteurized Crabmeat, King/Snow Crab, Lobster, Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Tuna, Mahi and more. Our philosophy continues through partnerships with key seafood suppliers worldwide. Aspects of this include the use of on-site quality teams to monitor production, agreements with local governments to help further sustainability initiatives and a focus on full product traceability, from raw materials to finished goods. Some examples of key partners that share our principles include Direct Seafood Asia (DSA), Carrington Foods and SudMaris.
