HYROX is a new global fitness competition designed for any and every fitness/wellness enthusiast. The one-day events take place in large arenas and are comprised of 8 x 1km runs and 8 functional fitness exercises. Each competitor has his/her own personal completion time to compare to everyone else around the world and improve upon in subsequent events similar to a runner in a marathon.
