River Rock Entertainment Authority is an unincorporated governmental instrumentality of the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of California (the Tribe) in the United States, formed for the primary purpose of owning and operating the River Rock Casino in Sonoma County, California. The 62,000 square-foot gaming and entertainment facility had previously operated as a wholly owned governmental operating property of the Tribe. The River Rock Casino features 1,570 slot and video poker gaming machines, 22 table games featuring Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Mini Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker, and six tables featuring Texas Hold’em Poker. Other amenities offered include a restaurant, snack bars, historic and contemporary Pomo basketry and art display, a gift shop, and a parking lot. The River Rock Casino is open around the clock. The Tribe is a federally recognized Indian tribe comprising of 947 enrolled members, with an approximately 75-acre reservation in Sonoma. (Source: 10-K)
