Founded in 1999, Hands Across The Water began as an adoption education resource center. Today, Hands Across The Water is a non-profit, licensed child placing placing agency in the State of Michigan with a full array of services including; parent education, foster care, behavioral health and adoption services (international, infant domestic and state ward/waiting child).
