Mission: To improve life opportunities of low-income children and families through the provision of education, social and health services, and community development initiatives. About Tejano Center for Community Concerns: Tejano Center for Community Concerns (TCCC) was established on June 24, 1992 as a State of Texas 501©(3) organization and began operations in October of the same year. We have locations in the following areas: •2950 Broadway, Raul Yzaguirre School for Success •6901 Brownwood, Denver Harbor •5300 Sunrise, Youth Shelter and Long Term Care •2255 North Coria, Brownsville, Texas 78520 Tejano Center is a proud affiliate of The National Council of La Raza. It is a charter school also from Pre-k to 12th grade. We also have a charter school in Brownsville.
