Casey Trees' mission is to restore, enhance and protect the tree canopy of the Nation's Capital. Trees in urban areas provide a number of important environmental, economic and health benefits. They help to clean the air, curb stormwater runoff, raise property values, sequester carbon, reduce energy costs, and create jobs.
