Importantly the support services we offer are specifically designed and tailored to complement our customers' existing in house capabilities. Others may have resident technicians who simply need a dependable source for parts and cost projection issues. Occasionally, we are asked to complement a customers existing technical staff, forming a partnership. Performing a wide variety of tasks and services, Paragon's role becomes that of "team player" offering support and contributing in those areas the customer deems important. Both approaches have been well received and appreciated by some of the most prestigious businesses throughout the nation.
