Kingspan Light + Air | Airvent is the UK's industry-leading national specialist smoke control service provider, offering whole life support to all makes and types of products and systems including: Natural Smoke & Environmental Ventilation, Powered Smoke Ventilation, Smoke & Fire Curtains, Smoke & Fire Dampers, Car Park Ventilation, Staircore & Lobby Pressurisation and all associated controls systems. We also design systems for appropriate new build projects through close client partnerships. A full package of support is offered from initial site survey and assessment through to bespoke preventative maintenance contracts, 24 hour call out response, remedial works, design review and major refurbishment & replacement projects. Kingspan Light + Air | Airvent is part of the Kingspan group of companies (since Airvent's parent Brakel Group was acquired by Kingspan in 2018). Kingspan is dedicated to pioneering new technologies, creating sustainable building solutions and delivering award winning building design. Building re-modeling / alterations, extensions and change of use can all impact on existing smoke control coverage and in most cases a design review is required. Specialist Fire Engineering support including CFD modelling where necessary is another Kingspan Light + Air | Airvent in-house service on offer and can be extended to include larger scale fire strategy, cause & effect and fire risk assessment if required. We are increasingly being asked by our client base to consider ideas for energy saving and cost reduction and we have developed various innovative solutions in answer to this demand.
