Founded in 1931, Fiduciary Trust is one of the most established trust and investment management firms in the U.S., with approximately $10 billion under management for more than 1,600 individuals and families. From its inception, Fiduciary Trust has maintained its traditional focus on providing the highest quality asset management, trust and estate planning and administration, tax planning, custody and supporting services. Client portfolios are individually managed in customized separate accounts. We believe that regular communication between clients and their portfolio managers is the key to serving clients well. Therefore, the portfolio manager is the client\'s primary contact at Fiduciary Trust. Trust assets comprise over 50% of the assets in Fiduciary Trust\'s care for individual clients, demonstrating our value to clients as a manager of both long-term trust assets as well as investment management-only accounts. In order to ensure a high level of personalized service to each client, our minimum investment for new relationships is generally $2 million. Fiduciary Trust is a buy-side firm and our proprietary equity research is obtained from our affiliate, Fiduciary Global Advisers. We do not perform mergers and acquisitions work, nor do we mark up commissions. These factors underscore Fiduciary Trust\'s objectivity and freedom from conflicts of interest. Fiduciary Trust has enjoyed a high level of continuity among its 25 individual portfolio managers, whose average tenure with the Company exceeds 10 years. Members of our executive management team average 10 years with the Company.
