Target Corporation Recognized GSC Logistics as Transportation Provider of the Year GSC Logistics is a Third Party Logistics provider offering container and intermodal drayage throughout northern California and its Central Valley, as well as the ports of Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. Additionally, GSC Logistics offers over the road refrigerated and dry truckload services, in conjunction with refrigerated container drayage through the ports of Oakland, Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland.
